Who do you think will be the NFL break-out team of 2008-9?

First, I'm a die-hard Packers' fan and I also love the Colts. The Chicago Bears had a great previous season and then suddenly dropped into a weak team. Atlanta lost Vick and Petrino ran back to college. The Dolphins, due to bad coaching, went from mediocre to just beyond comprehension. I forgot when but the Steelers lost W. Parker to an injury. This season's break out teams had to be the Jaguars (Taylor got better; Gerrard was awesome), Giants (Eli matured; Strahan said "I still got it."), and Green Bay Packers (Favre, the Cindrella story all over again). The NFL flucuates each year so what team that struggled last season do you think will break out this season? What good team do you think will possibly fail this season? And why?
