My african clawed frog isnt eating,?

he hasn't eaten in a few days. every time i try to give him food he refuses. he has gotten very skinny, and also has a red mark by his eye. he is totally aquatic, btw.i have done a 25% water change, put ick gaurd in it and salt. any suggestions to what might be wrong or how to fix it??
