Does anyone know if the "Anthony V. Yahoo!" law suit settlement is a real thing?

I recived this e-mail about a law suit aginst yahoo about the personals site, it said since i was a paying member durring a certain time (which i was) i might be ellegable to get in on a settlement, however; im afraid this might be some weird new phishing scam as i have heard nothing of this case on any news out let nor can i find any free record of it out side of there website, they list a case number but the court site to verify that is hard to navigate, so if any one has some verifyable information on this it would be much appreciated by me and any other yahoo user who recived this e-mail
