Which church is the best one to go to if you are a quiet person?

I'm a quiet person. I've went to the Nazarene church for years but they seem to look down on me because I am quiet. But I went to the Grove City Nazarene last week and they were really welcoming so I don't think it is a denomination issue. Where should I go?
