What do you think about the first place games being played on for next week?

In the NFC, we got Carolina at New York for 1st place in the conference that will give the winner home-field advantage in the divisional and NFC Championship game (if they make it this far). On the flip side, AFC action: Pittsburgh at Tennessee, in which the winner gets first place in the AFC (If Tennessee wins, they clinch 1st place, but if Pittsburgh wins they still have to win their last game or have Tennessee lose it's last game to get 1st place in the conference). Who do you think will win and why?
