Racing games Like Need for Speed?

i think all of the racing games for the xbox 360 are circuit races of some kind.there is forza 2/3 where you can unlock and customize but your on race tracks.the same with ridge racer 6,project gotham,sega revo rally all on some type of circuit racing,even the new need for speed shift is circuit racing but this game is great,i love it.you could try import tuner challenge,it is free roam racing on the streets of japan but it is just a few big loops.it the same exact streets as Tokyo extreme race zero and Tokyo extreme race 3.hope this helps.have fun gaming.
