I am poor and need some help or advice on what to do?

my family and i are poor my husband works at little caesars and i have put in application after application and cannot find a job. we live in el reno oklahoma. we could use any help at all the electricity is getting turned off on the 12 of this month. we have gotten food and help with billsfrom our local community action which is a branch of the salvation army but unfortunetly they can only help us once every 60 days. we are hungry and scared and dont know what to do. even 20 dollars will buy us some bread and tuna even 10 dollars. can some one please help. we have nowhere else to turn
