I had a misscarraige last december..everything has gone wrond since!?

my hormones havent been the same since the misscarrige me and my boyfriend have still been having , both of my ovaries started hurting a little over a mth ago i went to the doctor and they did a ultrasound..no cyst..i spotted for 2 days this mth now only my left ovary is hurting!!??
