What is wrong with me?

Okay so I tried prostate milking with some Dial soap as lubricant, and then my started stinging because I guess I was too rough. I didn't get an intense like I thought. Some sperm like fluid came out my but that was it. I don't even know if I found the prostate gland. Well it stung for a bit and then it hurt a lot when I took a dump and there was some blood on the poop. I didn't see any blood on the toilet paper though. What is wrong and will it heal by itself? (I am not going to a doctor)
