Bow down to a co worker......?

I need some advice I have a toxic co worker who's been in the department almost 20 yrs and she wants everyone who comes in there to bow down to her and if you don't she will make your life hell (literally) she gets away with it from the manager to human resources but my question is I have not and will not bow down to her I refuse to.... So in return she has tried everything within her power to make my workday and life miserable I hate her and I know if I beat her azz we will both lose our jobs....Any advice on how I can handle this
