My daughter is sick, but I do not accept pagan, secular medicine?

By relying on medicine and other modern commodities, people forget to rely on God, and without a need for God, people turn their backs on Him. My daughter has fallen sick with a very bad flu. She is only 3 years old, and I do not know why God wants her back so soon. I have been praying for her to be healed. I prayed for a day straight and have been fasting for the past few weeks. Has God abandoned me? My church has kept me strong in my resilience against modern medicine. Even if you have no advice, please pray for her.
