Moving is Drving me Insain! Can someone Help me make my choice!?

I've been moving from state to state, house to house, for about 3-4 years in a row now, and im living out in PA now, with my dad and step mom, who i dont like. And my real mom is having a really hard time back in Utah, and she really misses me and i miss her, but i dontk now if i can leave my dad! And i have friends down there, but i wouldnt have my own room, and my mom dont have her own house either, she lives with her parents, my granparnts. And my uncle who moved in wtih them. Ive also got friends down here, a lil, but i never get to hang out with them, cuz my step mom is so damn strict! i hate her with a pion, my mom wants me to move back again, but idk if i can do it! that would mean leaving my friends again, and my dad AGAIN, and i dont know what to do! and if i do move down there, i would be put on internt cles, and i realy do want to move back! but i cant stand not being with my dad, he's half the reason i moved up here, but he's harly neva home anyway!so please help me!
