How tall do you have to be to be a bouncer/doorman?

i would like to become one because i like that sort of thing , i would only want to do it whiles im at college tho not as a career , im not a voilent person at all will tht be a bad thing , i would like to be one because i love being with people and like being incharge, im only 5ft 5inch would tht matter ? thankyou for reading this
