Cost for kitten's first shots & getting her fixed?

I'm getting a female kitten within the next week (she'll be about 8wks old), and she's had her flea baths and mite medication but hasn't had her shots yet as she isn't old enough. How much (i know it varies from vet to vet, but ballpark) will it be to get her first shots (like per visit since i know they need them at 8, 10, and then 12wks right? or something close to that..) Also are there any free/cheaper vet clinics in the NH/VT area? When are they old enough to get spayed? Thanks!
