Can anyone tell me anything about the Loring Prk neighboorhood in Minneapolis?

I am planning on renting a brownstone apt. in the lorning park neighboorhood. Can anyone tell me what the neighborhood is like, crime, safeness, close to stuff?? etc....anything about it would be a help or in general?
