Blue Led's for cars gauge clusters?

I wanna change the stock orange lights on my 2008 Scion tC to Blue, but wherever i look they just have kits for it and i have to do it. Is their a website where i can just buy a new blue gauge cluster for my scion instead of a kit and having to bring it someone to get it d one?
