Are Americans asking the defeated Democrat Congress how, Dream Act, Start II, repeal of DADT creates jobs?

I have been wondering that very thing. Once again, congress slinks out of town, leaving Americans with coal in their stockings. Of course the dems left big fat cookies for their union buddies in NYC.
